Introduction
1.1. WHA Digital Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has developed the Mobilix application (as defined below) for the purposes of (a) facilitating transactions relating to electric vehicle charging at charging stations (the “EV Charging Station Service System”); (b) managing information relating to the use of electric vehicles, route management, and electric vehicle battery usage (the “Fleet Management System”); and as a communication channel between customers or individuals who have downloaded and used the Mobilix application (the “Users”), the Group of Companies (as defined below), and EV Charging Station Service Providers (as defined below). Users can access the Mobilix application via the website and mobile phones within the scope of services specified in Clause 4.1 (the “Mobilix Services”).
1.2. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) constitute a contract between the Users and the Group of Companies and consist of the following components:
(a) General Terms and Conditions;
(b) Appendix A: Specific Terms and Conditions for the EV Charging Station Service System; and
(c) Appendix B: Specific Terms and Conditions for the Fleet Management System.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the specific terms and conditions in Appendix A or Appendix B, the specific terms and conditions in Appendix A or Appendix B, as the case may be, shall prevail, but only with respect to the relevant system specified therein. The General Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply in all other respects.
1.3. Users who intend to use the Mobilix application must carefully read these Terms and Conditions before registering to use the Mobilix application. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from registering to use the Mobilix application. By registering to use the Mobilix application, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the specific terms and conditions in the appendix relevant to your usage.
2. Definitions
Unless otherwise provided herein, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
“Personal Data Protection Act” means the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand, as amended from time to time, and includes any rules, regulations, notifications and/or orders issued under such Act.
“Group of Companies” means Mobilix Company Limited, WHA Future Energy Company Limited, and WHA Digital Company Limited (including, without limitation, any other affiliates and/or relevant subcontractors of such companies).
“Personal Data” means the personal data that can identify a User, e.g., full name, national identification number, telephone number, e‑mail, etc., and/or other personal data as specified in the Privacy Policy.
“Data of Services” means the data of Users (including, without limitation, any assets of Users) which are connected from other service systems of the Group of Companies or the EV Charging Station Service Providers to be displayed on the Mobilix application, such as invoices, tax invoices, routes, delivery or pick‑up records, EV battery usage, maintenance, payments, and charging volume from EV charging stations.
“Mobilix Services” has the meaning given in Clause 4.1.
“User Account” means a Customer Administrator Account, a Customer User Account, or a General User Account, each having the details and usage rights as specified in Appendix A or Appendix B, as the case may be, depending on the type of Mobilix Services subscribed to or used by the User.
“Users” means Customers and/or individuals who have downloaded and used the Mobilix application.
“EV Charging Station Service Providers” means electricity suppliers operating EV charging stations for electric vehicles, operated by WHA Future Energy Company Limited or its partner EV Charging Station Service Providers, including relevant backend service providers.
“Record of Activity” means all service requests made by Users via the Mobilix application, including all usage history generated on the Mobilix application.
“Mobilix application” means the application developed and managed by the Company named “Mobilix” which supports use via mobile phone and on the Mobilix website.
3. Opening an Account
3.1 To open a User Account, the User shall proceed in accordance with Appendix A or Appendix B, as applicable to the type of services that the User subscribes to or uses.
3.2 For registration of a User Account, the username and password must not duplicate those of any existing user on the Mobilix application, must be appropriate and not contrary to public order or good morals, and must be approved by the Company’s system in the Mobilix application. Once the User Account, username and password have been approved, the registration is deemed complete and the User may access the Mobilix Services via the Mobilix application.
3.3 The approved User Account, username and password are deemed issued by the Company.
3.4 The Users certify that the information provided in the Mobilix application for opening the User Account is true, accurate, current and not misleading.
4. Scope of Mobilix Application Services
4.1. The Mobilix application provides the following services, with further details and specific conditions as set out in the respective Appendices:
(1) EV Charging Station Service System: the specific terms and conditions are set out in Appendix A; and
(2) Fleet Management System: the specific terms and conditions are set out in Appendix B.The availability of services depends on the type of Mobilix services subscribed to or used by the User.
4.2. The Users acknowledge and agree that the Company may not provide every Mobilix Service referred to in Clause 4.1 and in the specific terms in the relevant Appendix. Some Mobilix Services may depend on the User Account type or may be under development or improvement and therefore unavailable until such development or improvement is completed. For accuracy of information, Users may verify with the Company prior to referencing or using any Data of Services displayed via the Mobilix Services.
4.3. The Company may develop subsequent versions of the Mobilix application which may include additional functionalities beyond those in Clause 4.1 and the specific terms in the relevant Appendices. The Company will notify Users by announcement in the Mobilix application. Users may be required to update the Mobilix application to continue their use.
5. Consent for Mobilix Services
5.1. The Users acknowledge and agree that, in order to provide the Mobilix Services under Clause 4 and the relevant Appendices, the Mobilix application must be integrated with internal operating systems of the Group of Companies as well as the systems of EV Charging Station Service Providers, and that the Users’ data will be processed (including collection, verification, disclosure and internal/external sharing within the Group of Companies and/or relevant third parties). Such data may include any Personal Data necessary for the Mobilix Services and to enable the Users to access the Mobilix application. Accordingly, the Users must give consent for the Company to use and process such data as aforesaid so that the Company can provide the Mobilix Services under Clause 4 and the relevant Appendices.
5.2. Users may provide consent under Clause 5.1 as requested in the Mobilix application upon the first and each subsequent access. If consent is not provided, the User will be unable to access the Mobilix application.
5.3. If the User revokes consent under Clause 5.1, the Company cannot provide the Mobilix Services and the User will no longer have the right to use the Mobilix application unless and until consent is given again.
6. Terms of Use of the Mobilix Application
6.1. For each use of the Mobilix application, the Users must log in to their User Account with the Company and agree to:
6.1.1. keep the User Account, username and password confidential;
6.1.2. log out of the User Account at the end of each use; and
6.1.3. notify the Company immediately if the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of, or has reason to suspect that the User Account, username or password is compromised.
6.2. The Company may close or suspend the User’s User Account without prior notice in any of the following events and shall not be liable to any third party who may be affected thereby:
6.2.1. prolonged inactivity of the User Account;
6.2.2. breach or non‑compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
6.2.3. belief that services or transactions are being performed by robots, fraudulently or unlawfully;
6.2.4. the User cheats, insults, defames, harasses or threatens other users, the Company or the Group of Companies;
6.2.5. the User maintains multiple User Accounts; or
6.2.6. action is required by law or government order.
6.3. The Users may request account closure at any time by e‑mailing [email protected] or via the Mobilix application.
6.4. The Users agree not to perform any of the following prohibited acts:
6.4.1. upload, post, transmit or display content on the Mobilix application that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, alarming, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, politically sensitive, invasive of privacy, offensive, or discriminatory based on race or ethnicity;
6.4.2. use the services or upload content to impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent account information;
6.4.3. forge or manipulate the User Account, username or password to conceal the origin of any message posted in the Mobilix application;
6.4.4. use the Mobilix application for the benefit of third parties or for commercial exploitation in a manner not authorized by the granted license;
6.4.5. open or maintain multiple User Accounts to circumvent or violate these Terms and Conditions or their purpose;
6.4.6. access the Mobilix application using hardware, command sets or programs not owned or authorized by the Company, including but not limited to emulators, simulators, bots, or other software or hardware;
6.4.7. attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack any services on the Mobilix application (or any part thereof), or to defeat or destroy encryption technologies or security measures applied by the Company to the Mobilix application and/or to data transmitted, processed or stored by the Company or the Group of Companies;
6.4.8. collect data about other Users, including their Personal Data;
6.4.9. upload or transmit any content that is not the User’s or that the User is not authorized to disclose (e.g., internal, proprietary or confidential information learned from others);
6.4.10. infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of other Users, the Company or the Group of Companies, or act in a manner that would infringe such intellectual property rights;
6.4.11. upload, transmit or otherwise make available any software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or computer code, routines, files or programs designed to directly or indirectly interfere with, modify, disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, data or telecommunication equipment; or
6.4.12. interfere with, modify or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the Mobilix application, or other Users’ use, or violate the terms, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Mobilix application.
6.5. The Users are responsible for all content posted, transmitted, publicly shared or privately transmitted through the Mobilix application. The Company does not control User‑posted content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or quality. Users may encounter content that is annoying, obscene or offensive. The Company is not responsible for such content, including, without limitation, any errors, losses or damages relating to content posted, e‑mailed, transmitted or used on the Mobilix application.
6.6. Although the Company does not control content posted by Users, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, use, reject, remove or relocate any content on the Mobilix application. In any event, the Company will remove the following content from the Mobilix application:
6.6.1. content that violates Company policies or that has been complained of by other Users;
6.6.2. content that infringes other Users’ intellectual property; and
6.6.3. content that violates applicable law, lawful orders of government authorities, officers or courts.
6.7. The Company has the right to block communications, status updates, posts, messages or conversations within the Mobilix application in order to prevent the promotion of application services of other service providers that are not the Company.
6.8. The Company has the right to suspend the entire program used to provide the Mobilix application services if the User shares or links the Mobilix application to other applications or third‑party websites and obtains any code or script from such sharing or linking. The use of such code or script shall be the responsibility of the relevant third party, not the Company.
6.9. The Users acknowledge and agree that the use of the Mobilix application requires connection to the internet or other telecommunication services, which may incur charges by the Users’ network providers (e.g., internet service fees, data transmission charges or other related service fees). The Users are solely responsible for such charges, and the Company shall not be liable for any charges arising from the Users’ use of the Mobilix application.
6.10. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel all or part of the Mobilix application services at any time as deemed appropriate.
7. Privacy
7.1. The Company has established a Privacy Policy. Users should carefully study the Privacy Policy. By using the Mobilix application, Users agree that the Company and the Group of Companies may collect, use, disclose and/or otherwise process the Users’ Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and that the Company and the Group of Companies have rights in the Users’ Personal Data arising from the use of the Mobilix application.
7.2. Users who obtain any data arising from the Mobilix application agree to comply with applicable personal data protection laws with respect to such data, and to comply and cooperate with the Company in fulfilling requests of Users who provide or own such data.
7.3. The Users agree that the Company may access, store and disclose the Users’ account information and any messages to legally authorized authorities, state
officers, or other persons as required by law, by court order, or for the following purposes:
7.3.1. to comply with legal procedures;
7.3.2. to enforce these Terms and Conditions or any Company or Group policy;
7.3.3. to act on complaints where the Users’ messages infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of other Users or third parties; or
7.3.4. to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company or the Group of Companies, Users, or the public.
8. Consequences of Violation of these Terms and Conditions
If the Users violate or breach these Terms and Conditions, the Company may:
8.1. suspend, cancel or close the User Account;
8.2. restrict the User’s right to use the User Account;
8.3. initiate criminal proceedings; and/or
8.4. bring civil action to claim damages.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Use of the Mobilix application does not grant ownership of any intellectual property relating to the Mobilix application or to content accessed by the Users.
9.2. The Company and/or its business partners own all rights and benefits relating to copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property, or any rights in the services of the Mobilix application, including any products, improvements, designs or other works created by the Company or generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
9.3. The Users shall not decompile, reverse engineer, decode or unlock any part of the Mobilix application, or take any action to obtain the source code of the Mobilix application or the content therein.
9.4. The Company shall not be responsible for damages arising from the Users’ infringement of any third party’s intellectual property.
10. Dispute
Users may submit written requests to [email protected] for assistance in resolving any issues that may arise from use of the Mobilix application. Upon receipt, the Company may take necessary actions to assist in resolving the Users’ issues.
11. Suggestion
The Company welcomes any suggestions from Users to improve the quality of services on the Mobilix application. Users may submit suggestions to [email protected], stating the name of the person providing the suggestion and complete factual details.
12. Exceptions and Limitations of Liability
In addition to any other exceptions and limitations of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions and/or under applicable laws, the Users acknowledge and agree that:
12.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages that the Users may suffer arising from acts, omissions or negligence of other service providers with whom the Users transact directly, including, without limitation, payment service providers, mapping providers, EV charging station service providers and relevant backend service providers.
12.3. The Users acknowledge and agree that the sole right relating to any problems or dissatisfaction with the Mobilix application is to request cancellation of the User Account or to cease using the Mobilix application.
12.4. Access to and use of the Mobilix application does not create any liability of the Company and/or any relationship of agency, employment or hire‑of‑work among Users, Customer Administrators or Customers.
13. The Users’ Participation on the service of the Mobilix application
When the Users post content on the Mobilix application, the Users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to grant usage rights to the Company. The Users agree to be solely responsible for anything they post or make available on the Mobilix application, including, without limitation, the accuracy, reliability and legality of the submitted content.
14. Fraudulent or Suspicious Acts
The Company has sole discretion to determine any acts by the Users that may be fraudulent or suspicious and may take measures to protect the Company, the Group of Companies, other Users or third parties, including:
14.1. closing, suspending or restricting access to the User Account or to the Mobilix application services;
14.2. suspending the User’s rights; and
14.3. refusing to provide the Mobilix application services.
15. Compensation for Damages (Indemnification)
The Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company (collectively, the “Indemnified Party”) from and against all claims, actions, proceedings and suits, including all liabilities, losses, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, costs of alternative dispute resolution) incurred by the Indemnified Party, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach or violation of any terms in these Terms and Conditions and any policies or guidelines referenced herein; (b) misuse of the Mobilix application services; or (c) violations of laws or rights of any third party.
16. Separability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severed only to that extent, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
18. Miscellaneous
18.1. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on the Mobilix application. Continued use of the Mobilix application after the Company posts the amended terms constitutes acceptance of such amended terms.
18.2. The failure or delay of the Company to exercise any right shall not be deemed a waiver thereof. Any waiver by the Company must be express.
18.3. These Terms and Conditions are for the Users and the benefit of the Company (and its successors and assigns) only, and not for the benefit of any other person or entity.
18.4. These Terms and Conditions and any agreements and policies incorporated herein or referenced hereby constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the Mobilix Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating thereto.
18.5. These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in the Thai language, and an English translation has been provided for the convenience of Users who do not primarily use the Thai language. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall be considered the correct and legally binding version.

Appendix A
Specific Terms and Conditions for the EV Charging Station Service System
1. Definitions
Unless otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions, the following definition shall apply:
“General Users Account” has the meaning set out in Clause 2.
2. Opening an Account
To open a General Users Account, a User who is a general individual shall register to open an access account for the Mobilix application (the “General Users Account”). Each User shall set a username and password (including a personal identification number (PIN) for login, if any) in the Mobilix application and provide the personal information required therein.
3. Scope of EV Charging Station Service System
3.1. The EV Charging Station Service System provides the following functionalities to Users:
(1) display or allow search for EV charging stations;
(2) display the status of EV charging stations;
(3) display maps for navigation to EV charging stations;
(4) display the payment channels for transactions relating to EV charging at charging stations;
(5) record the Record of Activity generated in the Mobilix application for processing;
(6) display the Data of Services for invoices and receipts, including the status of such documents, in electronic form; and
(7) any other information services as the Company deems appropriate.
3.2. Unless otherwise provided in these specific terms, the Users acknowledge and agree that the Company is not an EV Charging Station Service Provider and is not involved in transactions between Users and EV Charging Station Service Providers or any services at charging stations. The Company merely provides a data‑linking service between Users and EV Charging Station Service Providers.
3.3. The display of any Data of Services in Clause 3.1 is not in real time.
3.4. Any display of information on the Mobilix application does not constitute any certification or confirmation of data relating to transactions between Users and EV Charging Station Service Providers. Displays are provided in the format prescribed by the Company, and the displayed data are referenced to and/or based on data received from the Company’s counterparties, payment service providers, EV Charging Station Service Providers, or the Users themselves. Accordingly, the Company does not warrant the accuracy or authenticity of information displayed on the Mobilix application, and Users may not rely on such information as a reference or as technical evidence, or as evidence of Users’ behavior.
4. Conditions for Using the EV Charging Station Service System
4.1. Use of EV charging stations
(1) Use of each charging station shown in the Mobilix application is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the relevant EV Charging Station Service Provider.
(2) The Users are responsible to read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of service (including, without limitation, instructions for use and safety requirements) of each EV Charging Station Service Provider as shown in the Mobilix application before starting to use the service. Use of any charging station constitutes unconditional acceptance of such provider’s terms. The Users assume any risks, dangers or damages that may arise from the use of the charging station, solely at their own responsibility.
(3) Where the Users choose a charging station operated by WHA Future Energy Company Limited, the Users acknowledge and agree that WHA Future Energy Company Limited shall be responsible for direct damages arising from such usage only, and its liability shall be limited to actual damages up to a maximum amount of THB 10,000,000 (ten million baht).
(4) Where the Users choose a charging station operated by partner EV Charging Station Service Providers, the Users acknowledge and agree that the Group of Companies shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of such partner’s charging station.
4.2. Booking of Charging Machines
(1) Users may book the use of a charging machine at the EV charging stations shown in the Mobilix application on the intended date or in advance. Bookings are divided into time slots of 60 minutes each or such other periods as the Company may determine and announce in the Mobilix application. Booking fees apply in accordance with the Group of Companies’ policy. The Group of Companies reserves the right to change booking conditions without prior notice. The Users may book or use the charging machine only when there are no outstanding debts in the system.
(2) If the Users book a charging machine, they may commence use up to 15 minutes after the booked time. If the Users do not commence use within such grace period, the system will automatically cancel the booking.
(3) If the Users fail to use the charging machine at the booked time, the Users shall not receive any refund in any case.
(4) If the Users finish using the charging machine and there is no subsequent booking for the next time slot, the Users may extend usage until charging is completed. If another User has booked the machine, the system will immediately stop charging.
(5) The Users acknowledge and agree to remove their vehicles from the charging machine immediately upon the end of the usage time so that other Users can access the service. If the Users fail to remove the vehicle within 5 minutes after the end of the charging time, overtime parking penalties shall apply at the rates determined by the Group of Companies.
4.3. Payment of Service Fees
(1) The Users agree to pay the minimum service fee for use of the EV charging stations at the rates shown in the Mobilix application, which will be clearly displayed before the start of usage. Use of the charging station constitutes confirmation of acceptance of the fee displayed in the Mobilix application at that time.
(2) Units of electricity for booked charging may be provided at the rates announced in the Mobilix application, as determined by the Group of Companies.
(3) If the Users’ actual charging results in charges below the minimum service fee, the Users must still pay the minimum service fee. Booking fees are non‑refundable.
(4) Service fees are calculated at the time of charging, which may differ from the fee displayed when the booking was made. The Users must verify and confirm the fee before starting each session.
4.4. Refund Policy
(1) Use of EV charging stations is subject to the refund policy specified in the Mobilix application. The Users must read and understand the refund policy in detail before use. Use of the charging station constitutes acknowledgment, understanding and acceptance of the refund policy in effect at the time of the transaction.
(2) The Group of Companies reserves the right to amend or adjust the refund policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to the refund policy take effect immediately upon publication in the Mobilix application. The Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the refund policy to stay informed of the latest information.
4.5. The Users acknowledge that payments for EV charging by a Customer User Account, as defined in Appendix B, shall be governed by the terms of the EV lease agreement with the Group of Companies.
4.6. In the event of damage to the Users’ vehicles or property arising from use of the Mobilix application or the EV charging station service, the Group of Companies has the right to investigate the causes and assess the damages.

Appendix B
Specific Terms and Conditions for the Fleet Management System
1. Definitions
Unless otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
“Customer Administrator Account” has the meaning set out in Clause 2.1;
“Customer User Account” has the meaning set out in Clause 2.2;
“General Users Account” has the meaning set out in Clause 2.3.
“Customer Administrator” means the Customer’s representative whom the Company has been directly instructed and authorized in writing by the Customer to act as administrator, to manage, and to grant or revoke the rights of other Customer representatives to use the Mobilix application.
“Customer” means a customer who has entered into an EV leasing agreement with the Group of Companies.
2. Opening Accounts
2.1. For opening a Customer Administrator Account, the Customer must issue a written instruction to the Company directly appointing and authorizing the Customer Administrator and specifying access rights. The Customer Administrator may then register and open the Mobilix application account for the Customer Administrator (the “Customer Administrator Account”). Each Customer Administrator shall set a username and password (including a personal identification number (PIN) for login, if any) and provide personal information as required in the Mobilix application.
2.2. For opening a Customer User Account, the Customer User shall contact the Customer Administrator to open the account and define access rights to the Mobilix application. The Customer User may then register to open the Mobilix application account (the “Customer User Account”). Each Customer User shall set a username and password (including a personal identification number (PIN) for login, if any) and provide personal information as required in the Mobilix application.
2.3. For opening a General Users Account, a general individual User shall register to open the access account for the Mobilix application (the “General Users Account”). Each User shall set a username and password (including a personal identification number (PIN) for login, if any) and provide personal information as required in the Mobilix application.
3. Scope of the Fleet Management System
3.1. The Fleet Management System provides the following functionalities to Users:
3.1.1 Website
(1) user management for each Customer; and
(2) defining access rights for Customer User Accounts.
3.1.2 Mobile Phone
Subject to access right settings and User Account types under Clauses 3.1.1(2) and 3.2:
(1) provision of Data of Services and basic information about the operation of the Mobilix application;
(2) display of information regarding EV driving behavior, routes and locations for delivery or pick‑up of goods;
(3) display of EV battery information and usage;
(4) recording of the Record of Activity generated in the Mobilix application for processing;
(5) display of Data of Services for invoices, including the status of such documents; and
(6) any other information services as the Company deems appropriate.
3.2. Management of User Accounts and access rights of Customer User Accounts within the Customer’s group as referred to in Clause 3.1.1 may be performed by the Customer Administrator. The Company’s staff may access such data, but cannot make changes to, or alter, the access rights of such User Accounts unless the Company receives a written request from the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to exercise due care in granting access rights of User Accounts for each Customer. The Customer agrees to be solely responsible for any damage arising from or related to access rights determined by the Customer and/or the Customer Administrator.
3.3. The display of any Data of Services referred to in Clause 3.1.2 is not in real time.
3.4. Any display of information on the Mobilix application does not constitute any certification or confirmation of Users’ EV driving behavior or EV battery usage. Displays are provided in the format prescribed by the Company, and the displayed data are referenced to and/or based on data received from devices installed in electric vehicles, processing by the operating system of electric vehicles, systems of EV Charging Station Service Providers, or the Users themselves. Accordingly, the Company does not warrant the accuracy or authenticity of such information and the Users may not rely on such information as a reference or technical evidence, or as evidence of EV usage behavior or EV battery usage.
3.5. The Users acknowledge and agree that route recommendations are generated from preliminary data analysis by artificial intelligence (AI). The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or effectiveness of such recommendations, which cannot substitute the Users’ independent decision‑making. In all cases, the Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for decisions made based on recommendations generated on the Mobilix application.
